missingWrote a review on Nov 10jetted tubclean roomhelpful staffleaking faucetdog wastebroken amenities
The jetted tub in my room offered a great way to relax after a long day, and the bed was extremely comfortable for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated how clean the room was, making it inviting upon arrival. The hotel staff treated me well and were helpful during my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the tub faucet leaking. it needed fixing while I stayed there. The outdoor exercise area was full of dog waste, which discouraged my pet from using it. Some simple availability of dog waste bags might help encourage pet owners to clean up. Even with those concerns, my dog and I had a pleasant stay overall.

I loved the free breakfast and the hot tub was just what I needed after a long day! The pool area was nice and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. I did notice some wear in the bathroom, but it didn't take away from my overall good experience. 😊

The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the complimentary breakfast were impressive, though the A/C unit was unfortunately faulty and the neighborhood felt sketchy. It offered a comfortable stay overall, making it a decent budget choice for a short visit.

Poor maintenance in various areas!!! !!! Dingy and outdated decor detracts from the experience!!! Attention to air quality is urgently needed!!! Dirty pool and spa facilities could use a thorough cleaning!!!

The King Room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The room seemed clean, and I appreciated the larger fridge. However, the shower had a bit of trouble with water pressure and the hallway smelled musty. It wasn't horrible, but could definitely use some updates.

missingWrote a review on Aug 04clean facilitiesindoor poolsurprising breakfastslow check-in
Clean and well-kept facilities, especially appreciated the indoor pool which provided a nice escape for relaxation. Breakfast options far exceeded expectations, featuring waffles, eggs, fruit, and beverages all included.
The check-in process felt sluggish, waiting a while even with a line of guests. The room had a slightly damp smell which wasn't overpowering but was noticeable enough to be irritating. Noise levels were not consistent. thin walls led to disturbances from neighboring rooms, making it tough to catch some shut-eye at times. The overall decor seemed a bit outdated, with signs of wear that didn’t align with the online photos.

The best part of our stay was visiting the nearby Hard Rock Casino, where we found fantastic entertainment for everyone. The atmosphere was lively and the games kept our spirits high during the time we spent as a whole family.
In my wife’s opinion, the staff should be more accommodating for families with kids needing comfort after a long road trip.
